Nominate Hunger Free Vermont for the Seven Daysies

For those of you who are frequent readers of Vermont news, you probably know it’s now Daysies season. Every year, the Burlington alt weekly newspaper Seven Days hosts its “Seven Daysies” competition, where local businesses compete to be crowned “best” in their respective categories. 

This year, we hope you'll help us with your vote.

When filling out your form, make sure you nominate Hunger Free Vermont for “Best Nonprofit Organization.” Not only does this help us highlight the work we do, but it also could help us win $10,000!

Yes, that’s right. The Vermont Community Foundation has generously committed to giving the winner of “Best Nonprofit Organization” a $10,000 donation. That funding would go directly toward our mission to end hunger for everyone in Vermont.

The Seven Daysies nomination period runs from April 15 to May 3, with the finalists announced May 13. If we are successfully nominated, then we’ll advance to the final voting round from June 2 to 15. All of the Seven Daysies winners are announced Aug. 5.
