Our 2025 Annual Report

2025 was a year of extraordinary progress and extraordinary challenges.

Vermont children received more than 1.5 million free summer meals. Universal school meals remained available to every child in every school in Vermont.

At the same time, federal leaders rolled back nutrition programs just as families faced rising costs. Then the federal government shut down, leaving thousands of Vermonters wondering how they would put food on the table.

We had to act.

We bring people together to solve problems, strengthen the programs that work, and create the conditions for lasting food security. Thanks to your support, we will continue building a future where every one of us can get the food we need with dignity and ease.
