What is 3SquaresVT?
3SquaresVT is an important program that is available to all of us when we need a little help buying food. The program provides Vemonters funds on an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card, which works like a debit card. EBT cards can be used to purchase food at grocery and convenience stores, co-ops, and many farmers markets.
What can you buy with 3SquaresVT?
Fruits and vegetables
Breads and cereals
Dairy products
Meats
Cold prepared foods such as potato salad and cold sandwiches
Snacks, candy, ice, non-alcoholic beverages
